| Warrenton Gateway
consists of two buildings: one is a standalone IHOP
restaurant and the other is a 6,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant
facility. The multi-tenant facility is home to
Starbucks, Five Guys, Hershey's Ice Cream and Quizno's.
Warrenton Gateway was a turnkey Angler Development project,
inclusive of: land identification; financing; land
acquisition; site plan development, engineering and approval;
tenant identification and leasing. |
