| Liberty Station
is a twenty acre town center concept located on Route 17 in
Bealeton, Virginia. The layout of Liberty Station is
tiered to allow a transition from highway commercial frontage
on Route 17 to the neighborhood frontage that incorporates
work-live uses. It is comprised of uses that include:
c-store, multi-tenant retail, standalone restaurant,
condominium commercial and condominium residential.
Liberty Station is a turnkey Angler Development project,
inclusive of: land identification; financing; land
acquisition; site plan development, engineering and approval;
tenant identification, leasing and sales; and ongoing center
